MediNatura Recalls One Lot of ReBoost Nasal Spray After Microbial Contamination Found

MediNatura New Mexico, Inc. has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of one lot of its ReBoost Nasal Spray after testing found microbial contamination—including yeast, mold, and a species identified as Achromobacter—at levels above the product’s specifications. 

Why it matters

In its recall notice (posted by the FDA), the company warned there is a reasonable probability of serious adverse health consequences, including life-threatening infections, particularly for people who are immunocompromised. As of the FDA posting, no adverse events had been reported

This recall applies to one specific lot of ReBoost Nasal Spray. If you have this product at home, check the package details carefully:

  • Expiration: 12/2027 (December 2027)

According to the FDA-posted announcement, the product was distributed nationwide through retail and online sales (including the company’s website).

If you have the recalled lot:
