That is the mission driving Power Passion Purpose Inc., a Houston nonprofit led by Coach Tish Dolby, whose work is helping women and individuals facing some of life’s most difficult challenges discover that their story is far from over.
Over the course of its outreach, the organization has served more than 80 women through its empowerment programs while also providing support to over 150 individuals experiencing homelessness. Behind every number is a person whose life has been touched by compassion, practical resources, and a renewed sense of hope.
A Fresh StartA Journey Toward Becoming New
At the heart of the organization’s work is the New Empowered Woman (N.E.W.) Program, a six-week transformational experience designed specifically for women seeking healing from trauma and a fresh start.
The program goes beyond encouragement. Participants are guided through practical and intentional steps that help them:
- Work through past and present trauma
- Recognize emotional triggers
- Develop healthy coping strategies
- Build practical life skills
- Create personalized action plans
- Establish healthy boundaries and confidence
Rather than focusing only on where someone has been, the program helps participants discover where they can go next.

One participant shared that the N.E.W. Program completely changed her life by helping her begin the difficult process of recovering from trauma.
