About Carlos Gonzalez and Brightway Insurance

Carlos has worked in insurance since 2017, including experience as a claims adjuster with GEICO and in sales roles with Allstate, GEICO, and independent insurance brokerages. That background gives him perspective on both the coverage clients choose and the claims process that follows when protection matters most.
Before returning to insurance, Carlos spent six years as an educator, teaching middle school and pre-K. The communication skills and service mindset he developed in the classroom continue to shape the way he works with clients today: listening carefully, explaining options clearly, and helping people make informed decisions.
His specialties include auto, home, and commercial general liability insurance. Through Brightway Insurance, Carlos focuses on tailoring coverage to each client’s circumstances so individuals and business owners can feel confident that the things they have worked hard to build are appropriately protected.
Carlos is deeply connected to family and community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three children, taking on DIY projects, and exploring new opportunities to learn in both business and personal development.
