Meet Jonathan Clay

Two broken systems can help repair one another.

The Kalos Project grows high-value organic produce on small community sites while creating paid pathways for young adults in difficult transitions.

Young people leaving foster care, the justice system and unstable seasons gain practical skills, mentorship, income and a renewed sense of purpose.

At the same time, Houston neighborhoods gain fresh, local and traceable food. The young person becomes the workforce, the farm becomes a second chance and the local economy becomes more resilient.
